Inside the Annabelle Residence

Chef's Kitchen

An oversized quartz waterfall island anchors a kitchen built for both cooking and gathering — with custom cabinetry, a dedicated butler's pantry, designer lighting, and reclaimed-look wood beams that carry the warmth of the space into the adjacent living area.

Beamed Living Room

The great room features an open plan with a custom fireplace, flanking built-ins, and an exposed beam ceiling that connects the kitchen and living areas into one cohesive space. The finishes and millwork were executed to the same standard as the rest of the home — no detail was treated as secondary.

Spa-Style Primary Suite

The primary suite is a true retreat — a freestanding tub, walk-in shower, custom tile, and a double vanity finished with the same meticulous attention to detail found throughout the home. The bedroom itself is spacious, quiet, and oriented for the way the family actually lives.

Thoughtful Floor Plan

Five bedrooms, a private office, and dedicated mud and laundry rooms — designed around daily life rather than the floor plan alone. Every room has a purpose, and the flow between spaces reflects the kind of pre-construction planning that separates a custom home from a production build.
