Unlike production builders who hand your project off to a project manager, Nelson Custom Builders means David Nelson is on your job site. He has more than 30 years of building experience — starting on job sites at 14, earning a Construction Management degree from LSU, and building across every scale from residential to large commercial before founding his own company in 2021.

If you already have an architect, we work alongside your team. Either way, you get a builder who communicates directly with your designer and keeps the project on budget from the first drawing.
