New custom cabinetry in a shaker style with a two-tone finish anchors a layout that now works the way a kitchen should. A marble-topped island provides prep space and seating, and the integrated professional appliances — including a six-burner range, integrated refrigerator, and drawer microwave — give the kitchen the tools to match its looks.
The primary bath transformation was equally comprehensive. The existing layout was expanded by reclaiming an underused closet space, creating room for a wet room with both a soaking tub and a large-format glass-enclosed shower. Custom dual vanities in a contrasting finish, designer fixtures in unlacquered brass, and wall-to-wall marble tile from floor to ceiling make this bathroom a destination rather than a utility space.
