Kitchen, Bath, and Outdoor Living — Transformed
The Valcour Aime renovation focused on the spaces where the family spent most of their time — and the transformation shows in every detail. The kitchen was the priority: custom painted cabinetry, a quartz island with seating for four, new appliances including a professional range, and a tile backsplash that ties the space together. The layout was opened slightly to improve flow between the kitchen and the living area.
The primary bath was next — an entirely new room in an existing footprint. Floor-to-ceiling large-format tile, a glass-enclosed shower, a freestanding tub positioned beneath the window, dual custom vanities, and new lighting transformed a dated space into a true retreat. The adjacent primary closet received a custom organization system with built-in shelving and a center island.
The covered outdoor living addition was a priority for a family that entertains. A new vaulted ceiling, tongue-and-groove wood, a ceiling fan, and a built-in outdoor kitchen — with gas grill, refrigerator, and stone countertop — extended the home's usable living space by several hundred square feet. Interior updates — new flooring, fresh paint, refreshed trim — unified everything.
